All in all, it is relaxing base for staying in Borovets. The apartment is quiet, to the forest. Plus, it is near Plovdiv, the main streets, and the ski lifts.

Setting was exceptionally nice, we were right next to Lift Yastrebets. The host made our stay really comfortable...

Overall experience was comfortable. The apartment was clean and located so close to the center of the resort, and the ski lifts. It was unbeatable and magnificent to the forest. Comfortable bar was available.

Clean studio in a quiet forest - close to the center and ski lifts. Mario - the host - was helpful and attentive. The room had everything we needed - including a powerful and hot shower. We enjoyed using the kitchen for cooking our own meals and the WiFi was excellent. We also appreciated Mario's assistance with our onward journey.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern, comfortable studio apartment in a great location. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed for a self-catering holiday. Mario, the host, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The apartment overlooks beautiful pine forests, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The WiFi may not work in the room, but this was a minor inconvenience as I could easily access it in the hallway or lobby. I highly recommend Villa Park Luxury Studio for a wonderful vacation experience.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Park Luxury Studio. Our stay was for 3 nights and it was perfect for our ski trip. The host, Marijan, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The studio itself was modern, well-maintained, and had great attention to detail. It had everything we needed and the location was excellent, with everything within a 5-10 minute walk.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. It was also a short walk to the city center, which was a great way to warm up before heading out for the day.

The walls of the hotel were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from other guests. However, this wasn't a major issue for us as we had brought earplugs.
